Weekly Ayurvedic Diet Plan for Skin Fairness & Health
20s Age Group
- Monday–Sunday: Start with lemon-honey water. Eat fruits (papaya, berries), salads, lentils, ghee in moderation, and turmeric milk at night.
30s Age Group
- Monday–Sunday: Focus on protein (tofu, legumes), greens, seeds, and fermented foods. Drink amla juice or herbal teas. Include triphala or chyawanprash daily.
40s & Above
- Monday–Sunday: Eat warm, cooked meals. Use sesame oil, ghee, ragi, barley. Add dates, figs, soaked almonds. Include soups and stews. Take Ashwagandha or Brahmi supplements.
